Membership of the Forum is open to all. If you are interested in joining, please download and complete the form and return it to the Secretary, together with the appropriate subscription remittance. The annual subscription is £7.50 for Individual Members and £75.00 for Corporate Members. Corporate
members are entitled to send up to 15 of their employees to NFCI meetings,
subject to space being available and are entitled to one vote at general
